Hazy and Hot, Windy - 02 Jun 2005

0800 Hrs.  Hazy, hot, windy, 75ºF.  I biked Pt. Mouillee to see if any Whimbrels were around (Tim Smart had 103 earlier in the week).  Water levels were high, and no shorebirds were seen anywhere.

A pair of Dunlin were in the mud spit in Cell 3 along with a Least Sandpiper.  Cell 5 held an immature Bonaparte's Gull that I was able to digiscope.  Lots of Canada Geese w/ babies were around.
