Wyandotte Nighthawks! - 06 Jun 2008
Opportunistic birding is always fun! I'd been lamenting the fact that it was clear and mild this morning and wishing I had time for a few hours birding. But employment duties call so its off to work. I arrived at work this morning and heard the distinct 'Bzeep' of Common Nighthawks and saw 2 birds chasing each other in the morning sunlinght. Luckily I had the camera and they were flying low enough overhead that I was able to capture a handful of keeper images. Wow, talk about fast-moving birds!
