No Camera, Only Memories - 06 Sep 2009
With the car packed for a trip up north tomorrow, I could only watch as a female American Redstart popped out of the bushes outside the back window. As she pranced and posed just inches from the window I was jumping out of my skin. "The camera's in the car!". The reply I got was to "just enjoy the view...". That I did.
Just a few moments later a female Wilson's Warbler appeared at our outside water fountain. She was beautiful, as well. And I enjoyed just watching and absorbing as many features as I could.
Glad I left the camera in the car.
