The Michigan Breeding Bird Atlas II is finally available online!  This major project is the culmination of a seven-year effort (2002 - 2008) by volunteer birders and researchers, and provides a concise distribution of breeding birds during that period.  This version of the Atlas is a follow-up to the excellent Michigan Breeding Bird Atlas I (1983 - 1988).

Congratulations to everyone involved in this worthy project - the authors, volunteers, organizers, and photographers who contributed time, money and effort!
