Willow Run Airport - 30 May 2012

Robin and I made a quick drive down Tyler Rd. and through Willow Run Airport in Wayne Co., MI this morning.  I managed to find a single Upland Sandpiper on the other side of the fence surrounding the airport, but was too far to photograph (security is tight here!).  I also saw several Grasshopper Sparrows, several Savannah Sparrows, heard a Bobolink, and captured this Eastern Meadowlark next to the road.  A Red-tailed Hawk perched on the fence on the way out had a leg band, but I couldn't read the markings.
