Zonotrichia update, pt II - 09 Jan 2016

After returning from Pt. Mouillee the skies cleared and temps moderated near 50F. A few folks were waiting for the Zonotrichia sparrows to return, but only the Harris' Sparrow would make an appearance (that I know of). Despite scanning the feeders till about 5:30 pm the Golden-crowned Sparrow did not appear.

Rain is forecast for tonight, turning to snow tomorrow. Should be a miserable day.
