Yard Treats - 18 Sep 2016

Highlights of this weekend included an Empidonax sp. flycatcher. Dark gray and an eye-ring suggested Least Flycatcher, but it could've been an Acadian, Willow, or Alder Flycatcher.

An American Redstart made a brief appearance.

A Cooper's Hawk made an overhead soar.

Three Ruby-throated Hummingbirds are still around. A pair of birds seem to spend more time chasing each other than feeding, but they took their turns at the feeder all day long.
