Kayak Birding, Pt. III - 29 May 2019

Since it was still well before noon I decided to pedal back to the quiet side of the lake and visit the smaller lake behind it. I managed to capture several Bald Eagles in flight, and spotted the Broad-winged Hawk again.

I also took a few pics of the bog surrounding Little Sand Lake, and the canal separating the two lakes.

Iā€™d get back in time to shower and have lunch with Robin before spending the afternoon reading Jack Reacher. The day ended with a nice sunset outside our cabin door.
