Kayak Birding, Pt. III - 29 May 2019

Since it was still well before noon I decided to pedal back to the quiet side of the lake and visit the smaller lake behind it. I managed to capture several Bald Eagles in flight, and spotted the Broad-winged Hawk again.

I also took a few pics of the bog surrounding Little Sand Lake, and the canal separating the two lakes.

I’d get back in time to shower and have lunch with Robin before spending the afternoon reading Jack Reacher. The day ended with a nice sunset outside our cabin door.
