Painted Lady - 19 Sep 2019

I noticed some butterflies in the field out back, so I wandered over to the Quinlan Prairie and found dozens of Painted Lady Butterflies feeding on the ironweed that were hosting the Monarch Butterflies just a week ago.

A couple of wasps had an almost altercation.
