1st Snow - 22 Nov 2020
We woke to a half-inch of snow this morning, and the flakes kept coming all day. We'd end up w/ just over an inch of the fluffy stuff, none of which stuck to the pavement. But, it was wet and dreary all day, so it was a stay-indoors kind of day.
I decided to upgrade the firmware on the Sony a7RIV (from Ver 1.0 to Ver 1.2) so I spent the morning testing autofocus through the back window. No problems here. But, after missing focus on 99% of yesterday's shoot I was anxious to get out and test the firmware upgrade (some say it has improved AF for BIFs).
