Fox Sparrow - 29 Mar 2021
Late this afternoon I spotted a Fox Sparrow foraging below the feeders here at Brownton Abbey. Of course, I had to open the window to get clean images of the bird as it scratched at the mulch.
As soon as I did I had a kitten right there wanting to see what was going on. After wrestling to get Yara out of the window I was able to stick the 200-600mm lens out through the gap and get a few keepers as the light started waning.
I'm always impressed by Fox Sparrow IBIS.
