A flock of Bonaparte's Gulls at Union Camp Marsh this morning. After 1-2" rain overnight the marsh was flooded, so there were no mud flats.

High winds arrived late this morning and reached gusts of 50 Mph. I stopped by Pt. Mouillee HQ to look for a Little Gull found earlier by Bobby Irwin. Winds were blowing out of the west and had pulled all of the water out of the canals and marsh. Unfortunately, the gulls were far out on the lake and only a few Bonaparte's Gulls had flown by.
