Shout-out to Bobby Irwin for finding three Greater White-fronted Geese in the Huron River next to Riverside Park in Gibraltar. The park is located just north of Pt. Mouillee SGA and Siegler Rd. on the Huron River.
I arrived just before 10 am and found the three geese out in the river among dozens of Canada Geese. These are presumed to be the same 3 birds reported in the Humphries Unit for several weeks now. In fact, after about 5 minutes they flew back toward Pt. Mouillee.
