I am selling one of my Sony Alpha a1 cameras and 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS lens as a combo in order to fund pending astrophotography gear. I'm asking $4000.00 OBO for the following:

I have the camera setup for my birding, digiscoping and astrophotography using the Custom buttons "1", "2" and "3", respectively.

    1 - ISO Auto 100-64,000 w/ minimum shutter speed of 1/4000 sec; Bird Eye-AF; Zone w/ AE button programmed for Spot focus; Back-button focus (AF-On) w/ Shutter disabled for focusing. C1 button is FF-APSC 35mm Mode switch, C2 is Focus Area, C3 is toggle for Human, Bird and Animal Eye-AF.

This is an exceptional, light-weight, FAST combo that is perfect for fast-moving subjects light birds in flight or warblers foraging at low heights. I've not used the lens as I've moved on to the 200-600mm lens and the 600/4 for birds, so it has been relegated to studio / people photography.
