Hudsonian Godwit @ LEMP - 10 Oct 2026

A Hudsonian Godwit was reported this morning at Lake Erie Metropark just west of the Wave Pool. I showed up after lunch and managed to scope it from the service road with Geoff Malosh. I then drove over to the bridge to the south and got a few pics. Brian Beauchene, Dan Fox and Justin Labadie were also there. No Stilt Sandpiper seen until later in the afternoon.
