Golden-hour Golden-crown - 07 Jan 2016

At 4:28 pm the Golden-crowned Sparrow appeared next to the White-throated Sparrow under the bluebird box at the back of the yard. Both birds stayed ~ 5 min. before flushing. The Golden-crowned flew up into the bushes and posed against the yellowing skies. I was able to get a few digiscoped images through the open window, but the bird was a bit obscured.

No sign of Harris' Sparrow this afternoon between 3:50 - 4:50 pm.
